Terms of Service

1. Who we are and what Boostio is

Boostio ("we", "us") is an Instagram growth strategy and guidance service operated by [Legal Entity Name], [registered address], India. We analyse your public profile and the information you give us, and we deliver advice: content calendars, Reel ideas, caption direction, hashtag research, posting schedules and periodic reviews.

We are an advisory service only. We never operate, log into, or post from your Instagram account, and we never ask for your password or OTP. You decide what to publish, and you publish it yourself.

No guaranteed results. Any numbers we discuss are expected ranges based on experience, not promises. Results depend on your content and consistency, and on factors outside anyone's control, including changes made by Instagram.

2. Your account and eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old, or use Boostio under the supervision of a parent or guardian who accepts these terms.
• You agree to give us accurate information at onboarding and keep your contact details current.
• Your Boostio portal login is for you (or your team) only — keep it safe and tell us promptly about any unauthorised use.
• Each subscription covers the Instagram profile(s) named in your plan.

3. Plans, payments and renewals

• Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and exclude GST, which is added at checkout with a GST invoice.
• Payments are processed by Razorpay (UPI, cards, netbanking). We never see or store your card or UPI credentials.
• Monthly plans renew each billing cycle and yearly plans renew annually, until you cancel. Cancellation and refunds are covered in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
• If a renewal payment fails, we may pause the service until payment succeeds.
• We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice; changes apply from your next renewal, never mid-cycle.

4. What we deliver, and when

Deliverables depend on your plan (see Plans). Your first strategy is normally delivered within 7 days of onboarding. Reviews and refreshed plans follow the cadence of your plan. Our deliverables are advice — you remain fully responsible for the content you choose to create and publish, including its legality and accuracy.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use our advice to publish unlawful, deceptive, hateful or infringing content;
• use Boostio for spam, harassment, or artificial engagement schemes (bots, purchased followers, engagement pods) — we don't support these and they can get your account penalised;
• resell, republish or share our deliverables outside your own team;
• misrepresent Boostio as operating your account or as affiliated with Meta.

Your use of Instagram remains governed by Meta's own terms, and you are responsible for complying with them.

6. Intellectual property

The Boostio name, logo, website and materials are ours. The strategies and documents we deliver to you are licensed to you for use with your own account(s) — a personal, non-transferable licence. Your content, your handle and your audience are yours; nothing in these terms gives us any rights over your account.

7. Third-party platforms

Instagram is a product of Meta Platforms, Inc. Boostio is independent and is not endorsed by or affiliated with Meta. Platform features, APIs and rules change from time to time; where a change affects our service, we will adapt the service rather than breach platform rules.

8. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided "as is" and we disclaim implied warranties. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, loss of profits, or platform actions taken against your account. Our total liability for any claim is capped at the fees you paid us in the [three (3) months] before the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Indian law.

9. Termination

You can stop using Boostio at any time (see the Refund & Cancellation Policy). We may suspend or end the service for breach of these terms, with notice where practicable. On termination, your portal access ends at the close of your paid period.

10. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at [City, State] have exclusive jurisdiction. Before going to court, please use our grievance process — most issues are resolved there.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. Material changes will be notified by email or a notice on the site at least 15 days before they take effect. Continuing to use Boostio after that date means you accept the updated terms.
