Billing FAQ
Yes — upgrade any time from your account. The unused portion of your current cycle is adjusted pro-rata against the new plan's price, so you only pay the difference. Downgrades apply from your next billing date.
Yearly is twelve months minus 20%. Spark: ₹11,988 → ₹9,599. Surge: ₹23,988 → ₹19,199. Blaze: ₹35,988 → ₹28,799. You pay once for the year and GST is added on the discounted amount.
All payments run through Razorpay in INR — UPI, credit/debit cards and netbanking. Every payment gets a GST invoice by email. We never see or store your card or UPI details ourselves.
Cancel any time from your account — monthly plans simply don't renew after the current cycle. For yearly plans and edge cases, our Refund Policy spells out exactly what's refundable and when. No lock-ins, no exit forms.
