If you want live stats in your portal, there is an optional read-only connection through Instagram's official login (by Meta): it cannot post and never sees your password, and you can revoke it any time from your Instagram settings.

If anyone claiming to be from Boostio asks for your password, treat it as a scam and report it to support@boostio.in.

Yes. Every follower you gain is a real person who chose to follow you because your content reached them. We never buy followers and never use bots, panels or engagement pods — those poison your reach and risk your account. Our work is making your content easier for the right people to discover. Growth is framed as expected ranges, never a guarantee — results depend on your content and consistency.

Yes. Boostio is advice: we study your page and give you a plan, and you do the posting from your own account. There is no automation, no bots, no bought engagement and no access to your login — the things Instagram's terms actually prohibit. The optional live-stats connection uses Instagram's official login (by Meta) and is read-only. Following a content strategy is simply using Instagram the way it is meant to be used.

No — and be careful with anyone who says yes. Nobody controls Instagram's algorithm, so a promised number is either a guess or a fake. Instead we set an honest expected-growth range for your page, review expected versus actual with you every month, and refine the plan. Results depend on your content and consistency. Yes — upgrade any time from your account. The unused portion of your current cycle is adjusted pro-rata against the new plan's price, so you only pay the difference and never lose money you have already paid. Downgrades apply from your next billing date.

All payments run through Razorpay in INR — UPI, credit/debit cards or netbanking. Prices are GST-extra: 18% GST is shown clearly at checkout and every payment gets a proper GST invoice by email. Yearly billing is twelve months minus 20% (Spark ₹9,599 · Surge ₹19,199 · Blaze ₹28,799). We never see or store your card or UPI details, you can cancel any time, and our Refund Policy spells out what is refundable and when.

Yes. We hold very little: your strategy is built from your public profile, your public posts and the questionnaire answers you choose to share. We follow the principles of India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act — collect only what is needed, use it only for your strategy, never sell it. Payments are handled by Razorpay, so we never see or store your card or UPI details, and the optional stats connection is read-only and revocable any time.
